Consistency is one attribute of truth. Not Quite Right Brevity in religious tracts my indicate the absence of the full story needed to form a true conclusion about the premise. Nathan Brewer spends some very necessary time, found lacking in the preparation of some recent tracts he has received, to rightly divide the word of truth: Review, with comments and Scripture references. Religious Authority Jerry C. Brewer stresses the point that how we feel about any topic can not substitute for basing one's beliefs on the authoritative source. Brother Brewer brings forth examples to provide authoritative testimony of God's position on opinions different from His own. A concise and thoughtful read. "The Sinners’Prayer" Constant repetition will project error into the public forum as if it is truth, but it will not transform the error into actual truth. Jerry C. Brewer notes that the first, and fundamental question we must ask regarding the concept of a 'sinner's prayer' is: "For what can a sinner pray?" Those holding to a salvation from praying 'a' or 'the' sinner's prayer must examine their belief, for eternity is at stake! |
