An Evangelistic Voice to Reach The Lost
   Volume  2 ,  No. 7 Elk City ,  Oklahoma July ,  2003

That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro,
and carried about with every wind of doctrine,
by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness,
whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him
in all things, which is the head, even Christ:

Ephesians 4:14-15

Where's That Taught In The Bible, Mr. Graham?

Graham Denies Jesus' Words On Baptism
As a person, I like Billy Graham. Whenever I find him on TV, I always stop channel surfing and listen to him. I have been a listener of his over the years on radio... But regardless of personal feelings, what Billy Graham teaches and has taught over the years is not what the New Testament teaches. — Thomas G. O'Neal compares years of Mr. Graham's MY ANSWER newspaper articles to the Holy Scriptures.

Why 'Mission OKC'?   [ NOTE: ]
Ryan Kepke: Ponder the fact that Mr. Graham has not told one person what to do to be saved. This is life's most important question and deserves not an opinion or a mere suggestion but a forthright Scriptural answer (Acts 20:27)... Our focus is upon Graham's doctrine which will not save, but cost souls!

Why We Can't Fellowship Billy Graham's
'Mission Oklahoma City'
  [ NOTE: ]
Why do churches of Christ consider it necessary to publish a statement as to why we will not participate in Billy Graham's Mission Oklahoma City..? That question deserves an honest, sincere, Biblical answer (1 Pet. 3:15). Please understand that this answer is given with Christian love for all (Eph 4:15), and with malice toward none (Col. 3:8). — Tommy J. Hicks.

Monthly Bible Riddle
Billy Graham vs. The Word Of God
Out of editor Jerry C. Brewer's file drawer of clippings: The Scriptures advise that men prove all things; hold fast that which is good (1 Thess. 5:21). The Bible demands investigation of religious claims. Read this challenge to Mr. Graham's claims made 47 years ago...

Calling On The Name Of The Lord
Graham instructs sinners to pray for salvation. Paul went to Damascus to await instructions; Jesus sent Ananias to Paul, and Ananias found Paul praying. If prayer could save it surely would've saved Paul. Nathan Brewer elaborates...

Baptists On Baptism
A clearer statement of Baptist doctrine concerning baptism cannot be found. Jerry C. Brewer quotes Baptist author J. G. Bow.

Graham, Islam, And Judaism

We Are Saved By Confession
It is abundantly clear that we are saved by confession. No, not confession alone, for we are not saved by any one thing alone. Robin W. Haley continues the plan of salvation in this fourth of five articles.

The Identity Of The Church
H. Leo Boles: If people know what was preached on Pentecost and what was believed and practiced, and know what is preached and practiced today, they can know or identify the church of Christ and distinguish it from religious denominations.

Bible Faith
Salvation is not dependent upon a faith, but upon the faith. For that reason, Jude exhorts Christians to "earnestly contend for the faith which was once for all delivered unto the saints" (Jude 3). Bible study from Olan Hicks...
